Many of us have old books or software that we no longer use (or never opened!) Other StudyGrrls can benefit from our dust-collecting libraries! For this reason I have created a bulletin-board-style book and software exchange.
If you have books or software to offer, please post your name and email address, along with the title(s), whether you would prefer to loan, trade, or sell your item(s), and the most convenient method of transaction for you.
If you are looking for a particular book, tool, or software, please post your name, email address, title of the item(s) you're looking for, whether you would prefer to borrow, trade, or buy, and whether or not you are willing to drive to pick up the items.
Groups are welcome to trade as a unit, with the leader or her designee held responsible for the items.
Please mark your property clearly if you are loaning it out! I would suggest to everyone that you write a simple receipt including the borrower's name, phone number, email address, the item borrowed, its value, and the return date (even if it's ten years from now!)
Also, another form of exchange seems to be taking place -- "guest experts" have been called in to some groups to teach or troubleshoot subjects with which they already have experience. If you would like to offer or request such an arrangement, this is the place to do it!
